DaBrook is short for Springbrook, the name of the high school where I first started teaching the web to high school students in 2005.   Since then DaBrook.org has grown far beyond the original site, which just posted occassional links and assignments for students.

Today, DaBrook has full course material for a number of high school and college web design and development classes as well as many of resources for web.

The site also hosts Required Listening, the weekly show for and by web students and teachers, and number of webucation events, like workshops and the Student Web Conference, and I also have a hosting service avaliable to web students.

In 2011, Zac left teaching the web at the high scool level in pursuit of trying to build a web program at the college level.  Currently Zac is looking to work with colleges and universities interested in building strong web programs.  In addition to adjunct teaching, Zac owns Rockville, MD's leading web design company and works as an Experience Designer for Blackboard, the education software company.
